Consulting - Special Projects
There are times when you have a unique need and want help. You need that fresh viewpoint that an experienced third party provides. Or you need additional resources to accomplish a critical project fast. If our standard services described in the Services section of this web site don’t seem to meet that need, we can propose and conduct a Special Project.
Some examples of special projects we have completed are:

Coaching
Sometimes owners of small businesses need someone to talk with about their business. They need a mentor or a coach. The consulting and coaching overlap is described in the following quote made by a Baldrige Recipient: “Glenn, Thanks for all the encouragement you have provided to me and our company. You certainly made a difference in my life and my company”.
Coaching is an on-going process that provides information and support as you work toward Performance Excellence. Face-to-face, e-mail, and phone support is available to answer the questions as they arise or to give feedback on the structure of your plans and initiatives.
