Glenn W. Bodinson founded BaldrigeCoach.com to help organizations, teams, and individuals significantly improve their performance.  He has helped seven Baldrige Awards recipients and eleven State Award recipients in five states, and he frequently partners with other consultants to help them with their clients.

Glenn Bodinson is an ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, and Quality Auditor.  He is chair-elect of the Dallas ASQ Section 1402. He earned a B.S. in Industrial Management from Purdue University, an M.B.A. from Michigan State University, and is a graduate of the University of Virginia Executive Program.  

Under Bodinson’s direction, BaldrigeCoach.com has developed and implemented innovative methodologies, tools, and templates that enable organizations to take performance to the next level.  Our methods are based on 16 years of relentless research of Best Practices and how to successfully implement them in organizations.  We have also learned what does not work in organizations.  Our excellence model contains all the components of an effective Performance Improvement System.

Often, we use a facilitated, Socratic approach.  It takes a little longer but, when we are finished, your people own the changed processes and culture.  They feel like they did it themselves.  On the other hand, we can be very specific and directive when there is a critical deadline.  As a result, our client success rate is extremely high.
